A recent decision by a federal judge from New York has allowed the current DACA program to continue for the time being. Current DACA recipients will be allowed to renew if they qualify.

A student from UCF has been deported for skipping class and violating his F-1 Student Visa, not the odd behavior he displayed.

The client was from Colombia and is here legally on a tourist visa that is set to expire in six months.
