Henry Lim helped me apply for the residency (green) card. He was there through the whole process, provided detailed information about which documents my wife and I needed, what kind of photos and letters would be helpful, what kind of records and invoices we should have. Obviously, he also took care of all applications and follow-up for us. I have had a lot of interactions with immigration officials over the years, but it’s never been as easy and as painless as with Henry’s help. The best thing: when we went to the actual interview, we found out that even the officials there like him! Henry’s staff is very friendly and helpful as well. If you have ANY questions about immigration, please at least talk to them. I know too many people who thought they could do it without an attorney. I had a bad attorney the very first time I applied for an E2 visa. It was sheer luck that they gave me a couple of years to prove myself. They could just as well have denied me. If you’ve gotten denied ONCE, they look at you differently next time. So if this is your very first attempt, or if you already got denied in the past–please talk to Henry. He honestly cares.
