However, many do not understand how difficult it is to get legal status in this country with a path to citizenship.

Many people want to pursue the L Visa because it has a direct path to a green card in certain circumstances but, many do not qualify. A better option for many people may be the E-2 Visa, while there is no direct path to a green card there are paths to one with the proper preparation and consultation.
